I only stayed in the Trafalgar Hotel two nights but was very pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of the room with a view overlooking Trafalgar Square. The hotel staff could not have been nicer especially Austin and Ibby. I lost my wallet the 2nd day in London, containing all my money and credit cards. These two kind gentlemen were immensely helpful to me and even assisted me in getting to Heathrow Airport to make my flight back to the states. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London, England. Herb J.

"Perfect location."
What a fabulous place to stay in Trafalgar Square. Stayed for the last four nights of a month long holiday in England and Scotland. On arrival made to feel really welcome. Our studio apartment was perfect with plenty of room and kitchenette had everything you required if you wanted to be independent with meals.

Only criticism is that the temperature of the water in the (beautiful) swimming pool is way too cold.

"High quality hotel in a fabulous location"
We stayed in an Executive room (approx. 50sqm). Nice hallway and walk-in robe, very spacious bedroom and bathroom with separate toilet and shower. The room was absolutely gorgeous, high quality and pleasant neutral décor. There was nothing to fault. The hotel is quite large and slightly impersonal. Found the check-in staff a touch 'cold' without being rude. Having said that the rest of the service during our stay was friendly and impeccable. The room was a touch pricey however it was worth it. The location was fabulous, walking distance to just about everything and the rooms were totally welcoming, spacious and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel and would most definitely stay here again when I visit London. I do wish to touch on one unfortunate experience upon check-in that could have been handled a lot better. We arrived after a long flight with 2yr old twins and were informed that our room wouldn't be ready for 20mins. No big deal, so we went to the restaurant to have lunch, we were exhausted and hungry. When we returned 45mins later our room was still not ready, it would take another 20 minutes of waiting. I found it interesting that none of the check-in staff showed us to a comfortable waiting area (given that one of twins was asleep in my arms), offered us a drink or at least a snack for the kids. We made no fuss, but a small gesture in such a situation can mean a lot (hence the "impersonal" experience).

"Excellent location in the heart of Soho."
My wife and I spent 5 nights at this centrally located hotel on Leicester Square. The room was spacious and very well furnished. We used the hotel staff for restaurant advice and were never disappointed. Everyone we interfaced with was friendly and well prepared to help us with our questions and requests for service and advice.

"Excellent Location for a city break in London"
Hotel staff were friendly and professional, we were able to check in early and had access to our room immediately we were allocated room 414, at the back of the hotel, comfy bed and everything you need for a weekend break, the carpet in the room is a little tired but that is my only criticism. We would have no hesitation in using the hotel again, and we are looking forward to our next visit
