I booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. One of the rooms had leaky toilet and smell in the bathroom. After complaining to front desk, they in the morning, I was expecting it to be fixed in the evening after we came back from sightseeing. However, it was disappointingly not. Complained again to front desk, they said I have to be physically be in the room while the plumber fixes it, which again the plumber did not show up for 2 hours. I had to leave with my family for dinner so asked them to fix in our abscence since we cannot wait for him forever. After coming back later in the night, nothing fixed yet. Finally I had to sit at the front desk and convince them to change our room to another one as my family couldn't stay in wet, leaky and smelly room. They thankfully agreed and gave us a different room. We then had to repack all our bags and belongings, drive the car to other side of the property -- at 11:30pm!!
Disappointing maintenance procedure and slow responses.
