Very unique first time dealing with a virtual associate, check-in and out went smoothly. However, I was not told that you would be holding $100 on my account for incidentals, and I was charged twice for a one night stay. My account was not credited for several days after my visit, Room was very clean. However, other than seeing the laundry staff, no one else was available. I specifically asked for a room with a bath, only to find out there was no plug for the tub. Tried to reach staff on the zero number that was provided, after five tries over a period of time I finally gave up. So having service staff available 24 ours is not the case. Only other comment is the outside appearance. There’s no signage on the building, and I drove right past it, looks rundown. However, I would stay there again.

This property should be removed from Travelocity, they are using bait and switch pricing tactics, saying the price they gave me was the price i was given by travelocity but it was 50 dollars more.

The check in process was terrible, had to wait through 10 people before we got checked in. Very impersonal check in, like talking to a robot.! Breakfast food and coffee was nasty.

Was really not happy with the check in and out being done with a person on a screen. Besides the fact that it means there is only one person available to help, it felt very impersonal. The breakfast also left a lot to be desired.
