The room smelled like mold and there were also roaches....alive that ran when the lights turned on. Only 3 or 4 of them. The hotel window had no screen on it so as much as i wanted to air the room out, i couldnt because bugs kept flying inside. Poor experience

Someone was knocking on the door at 1:33 am. I was charged more than the quoted price by the hotel itself. We didn’t have enough pillows for everyone in the room.

This location was horrible. It smelled, carpets was disgusting. Elevator had orange sticker due to not pass inspection. Tv did not work the list can go on

The room was upgraded, clean, and nice. The hallway to the room smelled of wet dog, quite strong, but room was great.

There were dirty towels and sheets in our room (hair that was not ours on both when we walked in and stains on the bed sheets). The fire alarm went off at 8am, abruptly waking us up.
