The General Manager was incredibly rude. The front desk had problems retrieving the reservation because I booked it through Travelocity. Therefore, I called the hotels reservation department and asked if they could help the front desk find it in the system. It took more than two hours and I had to escalate it to guest relations before they could resolve it. The manager also said that I could pay cash if I wanted a room and was yelling when I asked if he could help. I’m glad they fixed the problem but I will not be staying there again. Terrible experience.

Shower door would not close, fire system went off three times during the night, broken shelf. Bad information about shuttle service with terrible phone communication.
