I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn Oceanside Deerfield Beach, enticed by its promising reputation, but my experience was nothing short of dismal. Upon entering my room, I was greeted by an uncleaned toilet adorned with blood stains, a shocking oversight that speaks volumes about the cleanliness standards here. Adding insult to injury, the door wouldn't even lock properly, leaving me feeling unsafe and had to go back to the front desk, wait another 20 minutes for the attendant in order to get another room. To top it off, the hidden fees were a slap in the face, with a hefty $100 deposit for cleaning, and an additional $15 for parking, conveniently omitted from the initial booking price. The attendant's unfriendly demeanor only exacerbated my disappointment, providing lackluster service that left me questioning why I even bothered. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this establishment – it's a disservice to anyone seeking comfort and hospitality.

Unbelievably long check in process that lasted over 20 minutes. Was told there was a 2 for 1 drink voucher but wouldn’t get it as bar was shut. When I asked if I could use the following day I was given a look and no reply. The room was tired and one of the room had insects under the refrigerator. Not bed bugs but a number of them and enough to cause concern. The hotel handled that issue very well and gave another room. Overall the reason for booking the hotel is that it’s on the beach and the area is excellent. Therefore it is definitely value for money in that respect

Before I booked this stay, I read many bad reviews and only 1 good, but the response where always there, and they where trying to complete renovation. I know how hard that is, and on top of that people criticizing. I was there for one night only and it was a good experience Hotel really is going through a major renovation And will look very good after. good location, and for the price? Good luck to you guys!

Advantages: The service from the employees was good and courteous. Good continental breakfast. Good location. Disadvantages: They need to remodel the rooms, and hotel in general. They only have one old elevator for the use of all customers in the entire building. The sleeping mattress were old and uncomfortable.

Hotel is within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, and beach. Hotel is definitely in need of upgrades and deep cleaning. Sheets were clean, beds were comfortable. I was willing to overlook many things due to the price and location.
