won't be staying at a hotel where there is plenty of parking in an empty hotel and yet still have to pay for parking. weird building layout... nice room. bad bed.

Office not attended
Cons:Have someone in the office. Have it explained that you can drop the key off if there's no one at the desk. And how they'll get a receipt to you.
Upon arriving, no one was at the front to check us in. A hotel person, possibly maid service, wandered by and radioed someone. Waited 10 or more minutes for someone to show up to check us in.
When we were ready to check out, there was again no one in the front office. There was a button/doorbell to ring for "immediate assistance", which I rang many times with no response. Called the hotel number and got an answering service that said they'd page someone. Called again asking if there was another option, but no, they could only page someone. It was over 45 minutes before anyone showed up to check us out. We almost missed our flight out due to the delay.
Got called by someone at the hotel, and they explained that I could have just dropped off the key, but the person I checked in with made no mention of that, and there was no label on a keybox to suggest that option. Also, the person on the phone said the doorbell/ringer didn't work.
Was very unhappy. Hotel staff (while checking in and out) seemed blaise about the delay.
Would not recommend this hotel to anyone accustomed to regular hotel desk service. Would not stay here again.
