No handicap help with luggage. No loading carts for luggage transport. No elevator. Hallway and room cold, around 60°. Sink broken. Half cleaning help children! Coffee maker disgusting, filthy!

This property was fine it was the company i went thruTravelocity that was horrible we waited almost 3 hours to get into are motel room because Travelocitys employees could not get the correct dates and i asked to talk to there manager 4 times and they would not put a manager on the staff at this company is horrible horrible do not go thru them .the staff at Americas Best was very patient and polite considering what they had to deal with thank you to the employees that helped that night at Americas Best and the 1 young lady that stayed past her clock out time just to get this figured out thank you again Americas Best employees apprecaite you ...

For some reason, there were no chairs in the room. There was a desk but no chair of any kind. My other concern was that we had a room with a spa tub but no grab bars of any kind. To me it would have been dangerous to use it.
