They claim to have free self parking, they do not. It was a huge issue for us as we arrived at night and had to circle the blocks looking for a spot. There were "working girls" patrolling. We ended up finding a spot several blocks away, literally in the front of a homeless person's tent. We had an early flight and returned to the car at 5 am. Needless to say, it was not ideal.

Well located. Very bad smell. Staff very rude. No diversity in the menu. The city smelled very bad and also inside the hotel. No AC.

This is not an ideal location if you want to be near the sights in Florence. But a €10 can ride and you’re there!! Otherwise, it’s a taste of stateside hotel experience in a city where most mid-prices hotels are like youth hostels.
