Was assigned a room only to find someone was already assigned that room. No coffee maker in room. Would be great if there was two benches out front

Regretful choice
Check in was fine. Bathroom not very clean, dirty toilet, meager provisions re:towels. No trash receptacle. Very loud heater. Could not find linens for pull out couch & was given 2 fitted sheets only at reception. I asked for a blanket & desk clerk said there weren’t any! When I asked him what was available for a cover, he told me very reluctantly that he would look in storage & I never heard from him afterwards. Coffee was very good, and the rate was very affordable . Would not recommend.

for $200 a night - should be nicer!
Location:The area was lovely
meh...It was quiet - which has it's own inherent value - everything else was very chincy The cabinets and furnishings were really low quality. Coffee and instant oatmeal for breakfast - yummy! The staff was very pleasant but for the money I would have expected nicer - everything

NIce Hotel but Staff is not nice
We are a family of 6 and was given 2 washcloths. and 4 towels and refused any more , the excuse was house keeping is done at 11AM. we traveled for 12hrs and arrived in 87 degree weather and needed showers and to relax but we could not do that. My husband and i along with 2 children had to utilize a towel to wash up. The next morning we were told the laundry was being done and there was a shortage on washcloths by a different person. I would have left had by money not been tied up already with other cirumstances. This was unacceptable and I will NEVER PATRONAGE THIS FACILITY EVER AGAIN.

Fishkill, NY Extended Stay America
Pros:Location - close to shopping and the highway.
Cons:All of the above mentioned.
Worst hotel experience I have ever had. The bathroom in the hall was filthy. No other word for it. The night staff was lounging in the lobby - I thought they were guests as they were lounging on the furniture and not dressed like the day staff. They were slovenly. One of the day staff was complaining about what a pain Travelocity was. He did not smile and was not very courteous. He was clearly unhappy. The carpets in the stairways was old and torn. No one told me you could get dishes, etc I found this out later on after check out. The bed was in very poor condition and very uncomfortable. Very disappointing experience.
