Excellent customer service and very friendly staff. Hotel restaurant was adequate, but they had no non-pork alternatives for breakfast. Excellent location and easy walk to nearby hot spots. Will definitely return in the future!

Fun Hotel with all the details and more- Katrina really made me feel welcome and the room is perfect. Views of Alcatraz wasnt the most scenic but definitely historical. Will stay here on my next visit.

I cannot say enough about this hotel and how incredible the staff was! Lauren was fantastic and really took care of us! She even surprised us with some goodies for our birthday/anniversary celebrations! The room was fantastic and had a great view of Alcatraz and the wharf. It was clean and comfortable. The $10 a night credit for the bodega was an unexpected surprise and definitely used! The hotel is very centrally located and within walking distance to the wharf and Pier 39 as well as Little Italy and Ghirardelli Square. Would recommend that you stay here on your next visit! You won’t be disappointed!!

Wonderful hotel that offers so much to their guests from a coffee bar in the morning to a wine and beer happy hour from 5:00-6:00 pm every evening. Our room was wonderful and clean and the beds and pillows were so comfortable. Excellent workout room and they even were offering a yoga class Sunday morning. Perfect location in Fisherman’s Wharf! Definitely will stay here again.
