It was very nice, but it was too hot to get a good night’s sleep. There was only swamp cooler and fans to cool the room and it was over 100 degrees outside. The noise from the fans was so loud I had to wear earplugs. It’s probably great in cooler weather. The breakfast was great and the downtown area had a lot to offer.

We are experiencing a large record setting heat wave, so Farmington is much hotter than normal and not cooling off to it's typical cool evening temperatures. Because the air in Northern New Mexico is so dry, evaporative cooling (swamp coolers) normally work great and add some needed humidity to the air. When the temperatures get abnormally high, they can't provide the amount of cooling they normally do. That is why we supplied the fans in this unprecedented heatwave. I'm sorry they kept you from sleeping comfortably. Fortunately, the temperature across the Southwest is getting back into the normal range and the fans won't be needed.

Quaint, Quite and Peaceful. Staff was very nice and willing to go above and beyond to make our stay exceed our expectations. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this BnB to others traveling to the Farmington area.

This the finest b&b in nm .. the southwestern decor is a wonderful delight! The court yards and little hide aways are sothing to the soul. The Staff are some of the finest human beings i have had the pleasure of knowing! The treat you as a friend, an honored friend. If you are not staying here your missing out of life's treats!
