I easily booked my room for my birthday. Great. Then I called Staybridge on same day and confirmed my reservation. They said because I was a member of the rewards club, I did not have to pay a deposit. When I got to the room they turned down my reservation stating I had to pay $150 for deposit and parking. If I confirmed previously, and my deposit was waived why did they ask me. So I had cash and no card for the deposit and they did not accept it. I was overall disappointed and embarassed on my b-day. So hurt

Rooms very old and very worn out
The staff was very nice and always helpful The hotel room was not very nice at all and I was upgraded to this room. The carpet between the living room and kitchen was ripped and the tack strip was exposed so I stepped on it and cut my toe. I told the staff so the next person would not do the same. I had to keep a towel over it. Room was very dated and didn’t smell great. Breakfast was great and comin areas were very nice for the price. We had two room as my daughters had the other. It was also dated. Laundry was nice and FREE. Grounds were nice. Security was always around the ground. Everything was nice but rooms are not kept up well

The room was dirty, the sofa bed and carpet were disgusting. It seemed like they haven't done any thorough cleaning in awhile.The room had a bad smell so we had to have the A.C on and it was raining and cold most of your stay, so you can imagine our vacation. The bed was uncomfortable and when showering the water had a low drainage, I wasn't happy as I thought we would be. Housekeeping is bad, they don't clean your room until your 6 night, its ridiculous!

For our multigenerational family of seven it was a perfect New Year’s getaway. Our suite was very nice and cozy and versatile. We cooked our own dinners and enjoyed the convenience of breakfast at the hotel. We were grateful for the many options of food available for breakfast and the nice atmosphere in the common area where we ate. We enjoyed hours in the pool and hot tub. The fact that the pool is relatively small and not too deep, but warm, made it possible for everyone in our party, even the weak swimmers, to feel safe and enjoy themselves. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that there were guests who smoked in the inner courtyard and left their cigarette butts lying around. Since this was advertised as a non-smoking facility, I was a bit disappointed to have to experience the smokers and their debris. They dropped their butts onto the (inactive) fire ring in the courtyard, which I thought was going to be lit, for guests to enjoy some outdoor time by the fire. All in all though, we are still happy we came, and I think it was great value for the money!
