Providing our guests with a safe and enjoyable experience is of extreme importance to us. New rules have come to pass because of the Covid 19 restrictions and limited staffing. We are working hard to improve our provided services and hope you will return to experience them with a future stay.

Well located but found roaches and someones earing in the restroom. My bathtoob was clogged and the guy that came to fix it had a fattitude. As a touring we expect friendly faces or at least someone to acknowledge your thank you with a your welcome. Maintanace man made me regret my curtacy and should have checked him because he rised his hands splashing and touching the door knob after uncloging the tub with floating roach. Defered maintnance INN not worthy of franchise name.

I informed staff that the property and room were not clean. Nothing was done to remedy the issue. The hotel information suggested extra measures set to ensure cleanliness of rooms, however, the room had not been cleaned except for bedding.

The rooms need lots of updating. Gross! Stayed on the 2nd floor and there were ants. Lady at check in was very friendly!

The floors were dirty. I had to re-wash my feet after my shower before I put my shoes on. Coffee pot broken. Was woke up at 7:20 for my wake up call, which I never asked for.

This is an average hotel that was available for the time I needed. But it's only near one Wal-Mart, other than that it's a pretty far drive to everything else. Also during my first night I say roaches. Started off with baby roaches and by the second night they were a little bigger. Will not recommend this hotel. They only good thing was that the staff were friendly and professional. Always had a smile and very helpful. Breakfast wasn't bad either.

Booked 3 rooms and when we opened the door to one of the rooms, there were prople already inside sleeping in our beds.had to explain to a 9 year okd why there were two naked people in our room.

Worst stay we have ever had in a hotel.

Pros: It was close to where we needed to be.
Cons: Clear the lot and start over.
Location: Key Largo is 25 minutes away.
This is my first time ever posting a review but this motel was so bad I felt compelled to post to save other potential guest some grief. From the street the motel looked okay. But once we got in our room, that quickly changed to "You have to be kidding me!" The door felt hallow. The comfort chair was covered with grease stains. There were holes in the walls. There were marks and scuffs on all the walls. The air conditioner was rusting bad. There was a leak above the shower. The shower insert was splitting away from the wall. The door trim in the bathroom was chewed like a wild animal was trying to get out. Missing fixtures in the bathroom. I could go on and on. My wife and I were debating on sleeping in the car in a Wal Mart parking lot but ended up staying the night and slept on top of the bed covers because everything just felt dirty. I have included a few photos of some of the more noticeable issues we experienced. I understand that this location is undergoing restorations. But this room, #301, should have never been cleared if the Days Inn cares about what their guest will think of there motel chain. We also experienced most of the other negative things that other guest have posted. Little to no customer service in the lobby and noise outside our room. At the time we booked this room, the rating was 3.2. Not sure how that is possible. Bottom line, staying in our car over night would have been an upgrade.

Towels were dirty, floor was sticky and washroom was beyond filthy, we has to wash it before use. Housekeeping refused to clean our room on our second day and we had to go in search of fresh towels. Included breakfast was none existent. Fairway Inn and Super 8 near by are 100 times better.
