We’ve stayed here multiple times and have had no real complaints. The lady at the front desk during the day is super friendly and helpful. Clean. I wish the breakfast menu wasn’t the same old stuff everyday. But that’s just a suggestion to them vs a real complaint.

This is a great place to stay. The suite I reserved was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was very hospitable.

Shower looks like there is excrement in it. Towels had yellow stains. Bed frame is loose and I went to sit on edge and opposite side of bed lifted off the frame. Super rickety. Phone doesn’t work so unable to call front desk. Called with cell phone and front desk said he was the only one on duty and asked what I would like to do about it. He said we couldn’t switch rooms as they were all sold out. He was unwilling to bring new towels, fix phone, or fix bed. As I type this, I’m laying on this bed hoping it don’t collapse.

The bathtub needs to have a non slip mat. I slipped and nearly fell out of the shower. Luckily there was a hand rail to hold onto.

Have stayed here multiple times, staff and facilities is fine, we use it for a one night stay each time. It’s a little dated, the vent in the bathroom is really loud and unfortunately you have to deal with the sound to have your light on.
