Military Graduation, Fort Rucker

Pros: All staff extremely accommodating for any issues - genuine & friendly, always smiling & calm, knowledgeable about local area. Love the fluffy linens!
Cons: Upholstery on chairs in room/breakfast dining area could use a scrubbing for stains - maybe wipeable fabric? Have lobby T.V. remote out for guest use.
Location: Here as a family for a military graduation at Fort Rucker, we didn't have extra time for "sightseeing" or need for entertainment. Convenient location.
We usually tend toward Hampton Inns, but were drawn to Best Western Plus Circle Inn's "sale" room rate. This top-quality, full-service hotel has us sold! The staff is completely dedicated & caring, especially concerned about a small item I missed in my room when packing to leave - they moved furniture to search the room after we left and had the vacuum bag from the previous day tracked & inspected without batting an eye, then kept phone communication with me even during our long drive home after we checked out. (I'm embarrassed but relieved to say the item was found in the bottom of my washer while doing trip laundry 2 days later). Make sure to check out the pamphlets & area offerings on the hallway table next to the breakfast area - we looked too late! A multitude of restaurants are readily available, pleasing all palates & ethnicities, many within welcome walking distance including a major grocery store. Fridge/microwave in the room made snacks/leftovers possible & enjoyable, adding to our trip's value. Shower water pressure was great, hallways quiet, computer/printer readily available 24 hrs. We appreciated the evening outdoor poolside downtime even though the weather was too cold for swimming. Parking was never a problem even during "full house" nights, and well-lit. Our family of 5 (2 parents, 1 soldier, 2 adult sisters) has no regrets about choosing Best Western and will readily do so again in the future - the bar has been set in Enterprise, AL.

We were very pleased with our accommodations. The most important feature that we look at is cleanliness. It was very clean from the lobby, to the breakfast area, to the public restrooms, to our our room! The location was wonderful. We were attending our son's AIT graduation from Fort Rucker and it was only about 15-20 minutes which was fabulous. The staff was friendly and the one overseeing the breakfast even chatted with us for a few minutes. I would highly recommend this establishment!
