"Nice hotel, great location"
The rooftop bar/pool area, front lobby/lounge area and were great! I didn't to use the gym/game room on the ground floor, but it looked very nice, very well equipped and maintained. The staff was friendly, but the front desk was a little busy helping one group of four guests use three different credit cards to pay, so it took 15 minutes and three different employees to check me in and locate my bag in the baggage check room. These were the only negatives, along with a non-functioning lamp in the room, and the fact that the latch on the door didn't always latch properly and I had to swipe my key card several times to gain access to my room. I informed management of these repair issues. The room itself was decorated beautifully, clean, had a comfortable bed, and had a great flat-screen TV. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in D.C.!

"Well appointed, well located hotel"
Staff was attentive and friendly. Room was bright, with nice traditional decor and great bedding. Bathroom was well stocked with towels and complimentary items. The gym had up to date equipment, and well tended. Room had a little fridge stored discreetly in furnishings. Next door neighbors included embassies and a historical site. Metro was 2 blocks away. Buts: could hear next door occupants sometimes, a/c was a little loud, carpet was a little dirty in the room, no swimming pool.

"Great location. Best dive bar in DC in Basement"
Hotel Baron is a clean, basic affair. Staff very helpful in person. But the manager who I talked to one phone about changing room type prior to my arrival didn't record that information. So when I arrived, they only had one such room available. And it smelled overwhelming of chemicals. I survived a night of headache and painful red eyes and changed in the morning. Next room was perfectly adequate. I'd five four stars if I had stayed only in that room. Clean. Comfortable beds. Not enough outlets (old building). The bar in the basement is fantastic. Good beer selection. Good prices. Not disneyfied like rest of DC.

"Good Hotel; Great Breakfast; Krispy Kreme and Dupont Circle"
Spent a family spring break trip in DC (Museum Overdose). The hotel is standard 3 stars Marriott inside. The rooms were nice, the bed comfortable - perfectly adequate for family or business travel. Our room was a junior suite with a sleeper sofa for our daughter and a very small kitchenette. We did not need that because the breakfast buffet was great! Make your own waffles, fresh fruit, cereal, sausage and eggs. A great way to start the day. DuPont Circle is 2 short blocks away with it's Metro station to connect you anywhere in the city. We parked in the hotel’s below ground garage and never pulled out the car again. Beside the escalator to the Metro is a Krispy Kreme store. My daughter’s first taste of a donut strait out of the maker will rival her ‘what was best about this trip’. DuPont Circle is loaded with restaurants. We ate at Pizzeria Paradiso less than 500 feet from the hotel and had a great meal. Good hotel, great location.

"Good location"
DC was shut down and my 12 year old was excited about the nations Capitol.  Friendly hotel, workout room , quiet, we walked to the Nueseaum, the Phillips, great shopping , DuPont circle.  Luiguis Italian restaurant nearby was homey good and kid friendly.  Walked to Farragut metro station.   Robbed in the metro buying tics. Be careful.   The hotel was fine. Had dinner one night at hotel ,advise skip restaurant.   Yfi was extra $12. A day.  We would use this hotel again.

"Nice hotel, close to Dupont Circle"
The bed was very comfortable. The hotel had nice features like fruit-infused water in the lobby, a yoga mat and plush robes in the room. The staff was very helpful, giving us up-to-date information on public transit options. The "free Internet" isn't - it's included in the mandatory "Destination fee" of $17.18/night.

"Quick visit/ Met our needs"
My family were in Georgetown for just one night. We were visitng Georgetown University and doing a little sightseeing. The Inn's location was perfect for both. We were only a 10 minute walk to the University and 35 minutes bus ride (Eclipse) to the capitol/ Whitehouse/ and other major stops in DC. The service from the front desk was helpful in pointing out the best way to get around and taking care of our luggage on our early arrival and late departure. The room was clean and well-appointed with 2 queen beds and a nice sitting area. The one surprise was the ceilig in the shower had some black spots on it but otherwise it was fine. Free wireless was advertized but not available. The "Daily Grill" was pleasant and the food was good.

"Well maintained historic hotel"
A lovely small inn in a historic building, close to Dupont Circle. Very well maintained, spacious room with comfortable furnishings, bathroom was updated, but quite small. Attached dressing/closet area was fine, but the door between the bedroom and the dressing area had been removed. Unfortunately, the lights in the bathroom and the dressing area were on the same switch, so if we used the bathroom at night, the light in the dressing area also came on, lighting up the entire bedroom. We had to use our flashlights to keep from waking each other up with bright lights.
