Rooms are old and hallways, reception area in huge need of renovation. Tv in room did not work for our entire stay and they did not take care of it. Would never stay there again. Was the worst hotel room I have ever been in and it was not inexpensive which made it much worse

Check in made me question the decision to book here. Upon walking up the front desk women was on the phone and ignored us for 15 minutes without even making eye contact or acknowledging us to apologize for the wait and say she would be right with us. Just seemed extremely rude to me and not what I expect as far as customer service goes. Note… we are very easy going people also.

Our stay was brief but enjoyable. Understandably limited breakfast, but the room was very nice. HVAC unit was exceptionally good! Hall noise was slightly annoying. A good stay.
