Front desk clerk was extremely rude at checkin and throughout our stay. Room was dirty. Tan out of toilet paper and front desk said they couldn’t find anymore. Had to go ask for hairdryer

The kitchen in our room had nothing. When I asked the front desk I don’t think he understood what I was saying, because he told me I could get coffee downstairs only in the morning. None of my card keys opened the door to the gym. On checkout day, housekeeping tried to come clean our room 2 hours before checkout time. While we were still in the room.

The property wasn’t maintained very well. My main issue was that they didn’t have my reservation. Not a huge deal, as I could fix that with Expedia. However, the “manager” checked me in, said he would get the reservation when the systems came back up. No worries as it was 0030-0100 and my pregnant wife and I were just getting in from from Korea traveling 24 hours and just needed to get to bed. I said I would check back in the am and square it away. Figured he was being helpful. However, when I came back in the morning, he said he could find the reservation and charged me almost double what my original reservation was, even though I showed him my reservation email, confirmation number etc with the rate. I am currently still working through the issue with Expedia but suffice it to say I will never stay at this hote ever again!

TOM AND ENTIRE STAFF GREAT. I booked 5 rooms total unfortunately because of the weather 3 of them did not get used

Average quality; great location.

Pros: Close restaurants
Cons: Poor breakfast
The stay was pleasant. Good value for the money and the location was great. The only complaint is lawn maintenance began early in the morning and woke us and the person upstairs can clearly be heard walking across the room at all hours of the day an night.
