I am very very disappointment. I stayed 8/24-8/25, I checked in and the staff said he was upgrading, I was given room 102. I walked in laid down after an exhausting day, noticed the room ac was extremely loud. I went to front desk (Mingx), complained immediately he states well its the ac/generated very rudely, offered no resolution. I was so upset I walked off I didn't want to be service by him. I notified the front desk (Jacqueline) at checkout that I was not able to sleep and the room ac noise was horrible, she gave me the 2 managers #'s. I begun calling Monday 8/26/19 to inform of the incident. from Monday til fri, I left meaasges with no return calls. Finally I got Matthew Oh 8/30/19, he states i should have came back to desk and ask for new room, but it should have been offered when i made the complaint, also was obviously Mingx didnt care and was rude:( I express my disappointment he states he would talk to Mingx and call him for future reservations he will give a free upgrade. I love staybridge but this property is a big disappointment. I had to pay for/stay in a room that I was noisy and I didn't get any rest after moving my daughter all day. I dont expect to get free stuff but i also dont expect to pay for a room that is unbearable, ridiculous. Extremely Disappointment

Very nice room and good breakfast

Our one night here was the last of our vacation. The room was clean and well equipped. The bed was not quite as comfortable as others I had slept in during this trip. Breakfast was good- better than the other places I stayed. Computers in the library area were functional/ easy to use to check our flight info. And it was a very short drive to Dulles. First time staying at Staybridge Suites. Overall, a very good experience.
