Hotel is in need of some cosmetic upgrades - particularly the elevators and room doors, etc. which are worn/paint chipped. But it was nice and clean and the room was very large.The area is extremely convenient to dining and shopping at the staff was excellent.

Drove in from another state and arrived late. Upon arrival staff was nice. Got to the room to inspect and wipe down surfaces. Pulled back the sheets and noticed they had not been changed. Could not call the front desk with the phone in the room. Finally reached the front desk who did offer to switch the room but it was so late I just asked for fresh sheets. I cleaned and sprayed the bed, which is my normal routine. I just knew because of the issue the room would be slated for cleaning the following day, left the hotel returned that evening only to find out the room was not touched. I realize some hotels only clean after check out if the stay is two days, but this is unacceptable. Hyatt place Dublin Ohio will never see me again unless they fail to resolve the issue. If this does not occur I’ll will return with a news crew.

Hello-We apologize that you had both an issue with the phone in your room and also found your linens had been left from the previous guest. Plese know that this is not typical for us and we will be sure to rectify this situation. The housekeeper who had made up your room has been relieved of their position. We have also adjusted off one night of your charges for these issues. Currently at Hyatt we do not service a room of only a two night stay. We apologize that this does not meet your expectations and as a company we continue to look to balance guest needs with the ability to staff and service our hotels. We appreciate your feedback and wish you well on future travels.

Excellent property. Only complaint was the bathroom was tiny. Had to step around the toilet to close the door. One of the guests had a barking dog. Who does that? You know if your dog is a barker…why would you stay in a hotel and disrupt other guests? Hotel should put them in a corner room or something. The hotel was still excellent. Would stay there again.
