Let me start with this hotel was great to stay at! Very clean, amazing smell in the air, and great views of the gulf. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The buffet staff at times seemed overwhelmed for large crowds, but they tried to keep up. The pool was was very clean and nice to lay by. However, do not make the mistake of using the hotel shuttle for the airport. Take an Uber, Taxi, use anyone else but the hotel. I intentionally chose this service as my wife would be flying home a day after my departure and I wanted peace of mind for her to get to the airport. I took an Uber the day prior and the driver asked me which airline, knowing only Emirates flies out of terminal 3. Even after providing the shuttle service my wife's itinerary prior to our arrival, they managed to drop her off at the wrong terminal. Not a huge deal as there is a shuttle between, but why pay that money for peace of mind if they can't provide it? I gave the hotel 4 days to explain their shuttles ineptitude via an email i privately sent them before posting, but they declined to respond.
