The check in staff was very welcoming! Especially Holly at the front desk! Fabulous work ethic and very nice to talk to! She loved my daughter s puppy dog!! Animals very welcome! Parking free and self park for the city area! Also Net assisted me with my breakfast request as I could not take my dog into the breakfast area! Will definitely stay here again!!

The sheets had not been changed in our room. Both the bedsheets and pillow cases had hair on them when we checked in. In addition, the staff did NOT clean the room during ANY of the 4 days that we were there. In addition, they never provided us with bath towels. We had to ask for soap and towels. They only took trash when we put our trash cans in the hallway however they did not put trash liners in both of the cans. Very sad how poorly managed this hotel is.

Check in was easy and all the staff was wonderful. Rooms were clean and parking was free. Was walking distance from everything we wanted to do, (Strip District, baseball stadium, downtown). Would definitely stay there again!

This was my second trip to Pittsburgh. I stayed at this same exact hotel almost 2 years ago on my first trip to Pittsburgh and when me and my friend decided to revisit the city we had to without a doubt search for this hotel and stay here again and for many reasons . First this is a nice clean hotel with modern day tvs and phone chargers , free breakfast , and a nice indoor pool and gym all super clean and friendly staff and parking lot in back. But besides all that the big thing I love about this place is it’s location. It’s located right between the strip district and downtown , and the sports area is a short walk. If you want to do multiple things in Pittsburgh like we did this is the perfect place to stay at.
