"Good hotel, Good location"
This is not a four star hotel, but it was nice enough.  Location is good - 10-15 minute walk to Bayside, 10-15 minute walk to Mary Brickell, close to the center of the business district.  Clean rooms, good views.

"Great place for a special occasion"
We stayed her for our anniversary and my husband's birthday. I requested straberries and wine be delivered to the room as a surprise, which they did and it was complimentary and they upgraded our room. The place was beautiful and the view was breath taking. Would def recommend this place for any occasion.

"The Best Hotel Stay Of My Life"
This hotel was amazing.  The staff was AMAZING.  They gave me an upgraded room which I really was surprised about.  Usually, when you book on the discount site, they aren't as amenable, but this hotel was AMAZING.  They treated me like a five star customer.  I will definitely be back!!!!!!!

"Excellent Hotel, Food way too expensive"
I have stayed at many hotels throughout the world. The Four Seasons Miami is a very nice hotel. I did notice the smell of the the carpet when we first got off the elevator on the 7th floor. Also, the food is way too expensive. Someone charged in error a breakfast which consisted of 2 orange juices, 2 orders of toast and 2 orders of bacon, it was $60. We went to Deli Lane which was in walking distance of the hotel each morning for Breakfast. We even ordered breakfast in with them and they delivered it. Breakfast each morning at Deli Lane for 2 people was just $20 total(it included, cheese grits, bacon, scrambled eggs, pancakes for 2 people) Brunch at the Four Seasons was $75.

"Central location, kept affordable by being imperfect"
The River Park Hotel is good value for the money, at its very convenient central location: the Knight station on the Metromover loop is directly across the street, there’s a taxi stand 100 yards to the east, a variety of eating places are a couple of blocks north and for upscale dining the Hyatt Regency’s restaurant is almost next door via a pleasant riverside walkway. River Park rates are reasonable for this costly area, e.g. the Hyatt is nearly twice the price. River Park’s downside is its skimping on service: the cafeteria ends its cereal/toast/coffee breakfast at 9 am, the swimming pool was closed two of our three days, the Fitness Center was “Out of Order” and the desk staff often consisted of just one person, whose native language was not English. Our room lacked some standard conveniences: the bathtub needed a plug and its drain needed unclogging; we couldn’t get the hair dryer to work; we couldn’t find a ‘Please do not disturb’ sign to permit late sleeping, nor the usual list of local information such as TV channels. On the other hand the staff, when available, were courteous and did their best to help.

"All of the staff was was so friendly & helpful for such a sophisticated hotel."
The Hotel is above & below a high-rise office building, so the lobby is on the 25th floor & the Concierge & car pick-ups are on the first floor. Rooms are above & below the lobby. Once you figure out how to take 2 elevators up & down, it's a bit less confusing. Room (a double) was quite roomy, & bathroom was huge, w/ separate tub & separate glassed-in shower. Large sink counter-top. The towels were longer than me! Wonderfully comfortable beds. Newspaper at door in A.M. In-room dining was very nice, served by friendly waiter w/ a fresh flower on the table & a heating box below to keep entree warm while eating your salad/appetizer. As with every other hotel room, the lighting could be brighter. One particular young lady at the Concierge desk was won- derful - so helpful. A chosen tour picked me up at the Hotel. Valet parking is $45 a day but what was nice was that you could park your own car in their lot for $25 for 24 hours. If you don't take car in & out each day this is the way to go. If you do take car out, you're re-ticketed each time & it would cost less to valet. (All parking is plus taxes). Hotel is in Financial District & there are some restaurants down there, but not much else to do. It overlooks the bay, which is beautiful.
