Very friendly staf small hotel but very clean

Nice hotel but close to shopping and downtown but not very close to the beach

Basic stay

Although you get what you pay for, I've never been to a hotel that had no local calls avaialable, no iron/iron board and most of all a blow dryer? Service was limited with a launguge barrier? Accomatiions were not at all what it should be. Cleanliness is is the only factor that makes the "hotel" a 3atar.

It’s a great hotel. It’s in a very good location close to everything and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend and would stay again.

nice

Pros: clean modern friendly staff convenient
We stayed at Suites Gaby one night while passing through Cancun and 2 on our way back. Rooms are clean, modern and odorless. The bedding was nice, sheets were crisp. The air conditioner worked will and was quiet. The rooms are small but we weren't there to stay in the room. There was nothing to complain about. The staff was helpful, all spoke English and could direct us to anything we needed. We also found a great little restaurant around the corner, Gorditias, that was wonderful. The Marcado 28 was a block away. While your there go to the grocery store near the bus station and get some pastries for breakfast. We took the city bus to the Hotel Zone, 8.50 pesos, and walked around and went to the beach. There is a nice mall in town, 30 pesos by taxi.

Nicely located

Very clean. Only downside is no pool or laundry on premises. Overall OK stay.

Central to activities

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Cons: Poor breakfast
Area is a bit scary at night. A lot of taxi drivers are not familiar with the hotel. Make sure you know how to get there.
