The room is not maintained well at all! Bed uncomfortable bathroom had leaky faucet and didn’t drain well! Towels were old and very thin! They didn’t replace all the dirty stuff! Refrigerator was noisy! Chairs and couch were old and stained beside uncomfortable.

It is an older motel, but it is clean, convenient and my wife and I felt safe. We spent a week there and we’re pleased with the overall experience. We would recommend this motel to others and would stay there again.

I went to Disney land for the weekend and was on my way home and was to tired To drive so I stoped at regancy hotel in downy for the night . When I was checking out the next morning the lady In the front was yelling at me that I had more kids then what I told her. I didn’t mention my baby because he is a baby and I didn’t think it mattered. They were very rude (her and her husband) About it yelling at me I can’t do that and she was going to red flag me. I will never go back. The shower head was not spraying right and was broken The bathroom door was very hard to open and close you had to push it open and it didn’t lock. The picture of the breakfast on the website is not what they really give you. And it’s in the front where you check in. There is no where to eat. just had a really bad experience here and would never come here again.

very disappointed

Pros: nothing was appealing about this hotel, only thing good was it was a mile away from the hospital
Cons: we arrived to the hotel there was a lot of people on premises drinking in til late at night. cops even came out there. Beds were uncomfortable pillows were so small not a normal size pillow flat couldn't even get comfortable.

Do NOT stay here!!!

Pros: Free Internet
Cons: Noisy, Poor breakfast, scary, dirty, bugs
My daughter and I checked into our room which was supposed to be a non-smoking room. It was not. The room had patches all over the walls where it looked like someone kicked and punched holes. The carpet was stained, frayed, and lumpy. The bed was pathetic and the dresser drawers wouldn't shut and they had graffiti on the inside of them. We told the lady that we could not stay there. So she gave us a key to a new room. It was better - or so I thought it would be. When I went to take a shower, I turned on the tub faucet and a CHUNK of tiny ants spurted out. This place is next to a nasty little liquor store where creeps hang out. It appears that some of the rooms are occupied by long-term renters who are scary.

I thought this hotel was nice and very quiet. Staff was friendly and the hotel was well taken care of. They had a very nice flower garden down the whole front of the hotel. The only negative thing I can say is that the pool waas freezing.
