This was a horrible property. They make it look all pretty and nice in the lobby and in the pictures but our room electrical didn’t work properly and when we asked for it to be repaired they said they would send someone and never did. The tub stopper didn’t work. The room was dirty and we were only given 2 towels. The maid tried to come in twice on the day of check out before 11 am. The pool was dirty and they let kids in there after the adults only time slot. I would not stay here again.

Horrible experience. Check-in took 45mins and they wanted more money for a prepaid room that was a downgrade. Gloria needed more training seems like. Would not stay here again.
