I have stayed here twice while visiting Disneyland. It is a great location and we always enjoy our stay. You can hear the pool chatter/noise but it is quite after 10 PM. I would not recommend this room if you have littles taking day time naps from the pool noise.

The hotel was close to Disney and very clean! Staff was very friendly and helpful!

The reason I gave this a bad review is because when I booked the room through travelocity I was unaware that only one parking spot was aloud per room unless I upgraded to a suite. Having to pay for parking after paying for a hotel room of 223 dollars a night a 25 dollar charge a night for one car is extremely gouging. The second car was 50 dollars a night. In conclusion I had to pay 75 dollars a night for my two cars to just sit in a parking lot. This is no fault of Travelocity but the hotel Desert Palm needs to change there policy. Very unhappy with the hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel!! The staff was not unpleasant, but they were not very welcoming. On the robotic side.

I stayed 2 nights at Desert Palms and was very impressed with the hotel, staff, buffet breakfast and convenient location. It was next to a 7-11 and walkable to Disneyland and the Garden Mall. The only negative was the “free” WI-FI that didn’t work. Other than that, our stay was great and we will return!
