The property is fine. Good location, in decent condition for what was needed - a place to sleep while visiting the parks, but the staff was super friendly and helpful with any questions I had.

First, our flight was changed and we arrived a little earlier than expected. I asked if we could check in at 1. The concierge stated our room wasn’t ready. I asked what side we were going to be on so I could park close to our room. He stated the opposite side. So we waited for almost 2 hours. Housekeeping never made it to that side. Close to 3, I went to the concierge again, he gave me my room key, which was not on the side he stated and housekeeping had already completed that area when we arrived. I was also told that housekeeping would not be available during my stay. All trash and towels had to be placed outside our rooms by us. I had to repeatedly go down to the front office for towels, toilet paper, etc Hot water was hardly ever available unless you showered at 5am. Our bathroom had uneven, cracked tiles which my daughter ended up tripping over. Definitely a safety hazard. Outlet had burn spots on it and were so lose that the plugs wouldn’t stay in (even with the burn spots, I was hesitant to even use them). Don’t count on having a comforter either. Beds have thin sheets with a very thin quilt and some decorative strip of material the size of a curtain panel Continental breakfast was one of the amenities for booking this hotel. Milk was so awful my son couldn’t drink it. And I’m not sure what the syrup was but definitely wasn’t normal syrup. Eggs were typically watered down. Overall, I would have paid more to stay somewhere else where we didn’t have these experience

The room was updated, clean and the bed was super comfy. The breakfast offerings were good and the staff was really friendly and helpful. Great value for the price!

The room we got was not the room that was described on your site. We booked a room with two queen beds and a twin but instead received a room with two queens and a pull out couch that no one in my party could sleep on. The fridge did not work and only one of the sinks in the room worked but would cause the other sink and tub to clog. The front desk lady was very rude and not helpful and told us we were more then welcome to find another place to stay at midnight!! Very poor customer service and terrible stay over all. We were very unhappy with this booking and will not be staying there again

The staff was really helpful and informative, The bed was not very comfortable and one of the sinks made a horrific sound when turned on. The noise level was pretty bad outside with kids running up and down the walkways.
