Although the staff was kind the room we stayed in was dirty. I’ve pictures for you to see the filth I had to clean up before using the restroom. Our toilet key plugging up and the room smelled horrible. They need to remodel or lower prices to dirt cheap rooms. Disappointing considering they are associated with Wyndham.

We liked that it was convenient to our convention at the Hilton next door. W liked having WiFi and breakfast. Customer service was spotty - Jen and AJ gave us great service, but Vena could not be bothered to make another pot of coffee at 0745AM. The toilet in our room ran constantly with a whistle, and the closet door top roller is missing - AJ said Maintenance would look into them and they were not reported before. Over all it was a good stay, but not a great one. We would stay again

. Not older people friendly . Breakfast was not diabetic friendly. Did not feel very safe.

Wasn't horrible but does need to be a little cleaner. I re cleaned it. Air conditioner was a mess. Floors could have a little more attention. Shower not all the way clean I could see where previous people left their soap etc

The property was old (cracked tub, uneven floors etc.) but there were some nice amenities (personal supplies, comfortable beds, some updated decor) However, deceptive pricing practices left me extremely agitated. Travelocity prices for 2 nights was a total of $163.09. We had to cancel the first night (several days prior) and we were charged $123.92 for one night. In addition, the manager demanded a $50 cash deposit because we booked through a second party. He said it would be refunded in the morning if no damage. However, only between the hours of 8-11am. My flight was at 8:30, so needed to check out at 6. He said they would mail a check. We'll see. Not happy. Could not find any notification of this policy anywhere online.

They required a $50 cash deposit to check in. That's BS!! The internet access is almost nonexistent, I paid for a single queen and got a double, the room was tiny, cramped, dark (several lights didn't work,) there was a guy working on his car in the parking lot and sleeping in it during the night. Sketchy place. I would not recommend.
