"Close to Dining & Shopping!"
We chose for location close to Larimer Square. A beautiful building with the amenities we like. The room was cozy and had a mini-fridge. Concierge did a great job of meeting special requests and making reservations. If you're on the front side then I'd suggest bringing some earplugs because it can get rowdy on a Weekend. Tub is average, granite countertops in bathroom, Keurig coffee maker are some nice amenities. We will definitely stay again! :-)

"Great location"
Great location, very nice breakfast, and loved the valet service. We had the regular King room, was a bit small but had a comfy bed and the bathroom was nice. It had a nice big  tub and sink.

"Impressed"
We stayed at the Warwick 4 nights and were very happy during our entire stay. First, and most importantly, we were upgraded to a suite. (surprise! maybe they felt sorry for us having to sleep on 2 double beds for 4 nights with our kids?) The location was good, within walking distance of many interesting sights (dining, 16th Street Mall, Colorado History Museum-which was a really cool museum) and a short drive to other important family attractions like Elitches. We had no issues whatsoever regarding cold water or stale odors in our rooms, which was a relief as I had read some Yelp reviews that these could be problems. The pool was a hit and we spent a good chunk of our vacation on that roof. The pool was definitely busy, but that's how we like it. And on the weekend they had a poolside bartender. Bonus! I would NOT recommend the weekend brunch...while the food was good, they seemed completely unprepared for the crowd (even though it wasn't very crowded) and could not keep the buffet full. Also, there is no reduced price for children. We spent nearly double for breakfast than we expected.

"Heaven on Earth"
A graduate of CU, I have been familiar with The Oxford Hotel and its historic Cruise Room for twenty years. Having moved to South Florida some time ago, but with friends in Boulder and Ft. Collins, and occasional business to attend to in Denver, my wife and I have the great pleasure of returning to The Oxford with some frequency. In fact, we plan an August trip around a Rockies homestand and concert at Red Rocks annually. For us, there is no other place to stay. Its LoDo location offers a short walk to world-class dining from micro breweries to Brazilian steakhouses, as well as Coors Field and the 16th Street Mall. Inside The Oxford the crown moldings, authentic furniture and historic appeal are unsurpassed. So is the staff. And so is the food and drink. The Cruise Room, the first bar in Colorado opened after the repeal of prohibition is an exact replica of the bar built on the Queen Mary in 1930-something. The martinis are to die for. McCormick's Restaurant, also on the property, offers some of the finest cuisine in Denver. The service is exceptional in both. But, The Oxford is not for everyone. If you are looking for the most modern, streamline and business friendly hotel on earth, this may not be it. But it it truly exceptional at what it does and will remain our favorite (and only) accommodation within Denver for years to come.

"Overall nice"
We did not spend a lot of time wandering the hotel's grounds as we were only there for one night - arriving at dinner and leaving early in the morning. The restaurant options onsite ranged from about $12 for a meal in the pub and up from there. We were told the $12.99 "resort fee" was for internet, the shuttle, and the coffee/tea in our rooms. The only place where I was able to get all bars for the internet was in the lobby. In the halls and rooms, I mostly had 1 bar for the internet connection. That was annoying since we had paid "extra" for it. There was only one choice of tea in the rooms (earl gray). Again annoying since it was part of the extra charge. There were 4 wedding parties at the hotel that night and we were woken up 2-3 times in the night by people returning to their rooms very loudly (we couldn't hear people in the rooms next door or above us, but people in the hall were very easy to hear). Overall it was a nice facility (a little outdated, but well maintained and clean), the bed was very comfortable, the room was comfortable and clean. The "resort fee" seemed like a way to just add money to the room rate without adding value to the stay as the services charged for are not above and beyond any 3-3 1/2 star hotel that does it for free (except for maybe the shuttle, which we didn't need). We stayed on a great deal through hotwire.com, so I didn't feel badly about the stay for the price we paid.
