The place is a lil bit outdated but clean. We had our pool to ourselves so that was great! It could have been better if there were more staff in the morning. We had to wait to get our coffee and our to go breakfast. Over all, the stay was pleasant.

We too are anxious for our delicious hot breakfast buffet to return and hope that these mandated restrictions are lifted soon also! We all love the Hampton breakfast! As far as your comments on you being treated differently, a thorough review of all video and audio with all your interaction with hotel staff was reviewed when you checked in, when you used the pool, got a new key at the desk, and got a few needed amenities for your room and you were treated with the same wonderful "Hamptonality" service that we have recently won a very prestigious Hilton award for. Thank you for taking the time to send us your review.
