This hotel was terrible! There were loose wires hanging from the ceiling, no outlet covers, stain splatters on walls, the carpet in our room was wet. The staff was very unprofessional. Super disappointed that Travelocity recommended it to me. I cannot believe I spent money to stay there.

The room had spiderwebs every where on the corners. It needs some ean up. Stains in walls and carpet. My wife and and I were very tired, but sincerely I wish I had left. Bath tub did not look good and my refused to use it. Very displeased.

Very dirty. Stains on carpets. Walls dirty. Door cracked and peeling. Shower appeared to be newer but there was no support under it. If creaked and felt like it was going to fall through the floor. Was not the most expensive room but not worth even half of the room rate. Random guy hanging out in the lobby when we checked out asked to use our room key to take a shower. The only positive thing about this place is that it didn’t reek of marijuana like so many other Denver area hotels.

I paid for my stay through Travelocity, gave my card for a deposit. While I was there they charged my account from the hotel to pay for somebody else’s room. Two weeks later now I have to get a new card from my bank and turn it into the fraud unit for $110 charge when I’m not even in the state

The room was not very clean and the maid did not come in at all in three days to give me more coffee, soap, shampoo or pick up trash and replace plastic cups. Not really your fault but there were some sketchy people hanging around and staying at your hotel.
