They canceled my room before I arrived due to claiming that some "feminine product was flushed" and several rooms were flooded, so they suddenly had none left. Kicked me out into a blizzard. Would not call management. Would not let me sleep there. Would not provide transportation to the airport. I ubered back to the airport and had to sleep in the terminal. When I called, management was very rude to me on the phone.

Zero stars, it’s a cashless community, I caught Stephanie who is a manager, and Elisa, who is a general manager in my room after I left. They were going through my belongings. They have used my card fraudulently I had to call the police. Thank goodness. I used my Apple card because I could switch my card numbers around so they couldn’t use my credit card anymore. They stole $487.44 from me. Staying here was my first mistake. Please spend $10 $15 more and go somewhere else. So you don’t have to deal with the headache of being stolen from. Are very unprofessional
