Only block from beach. Updated rooms. Spacious two room efficiency.
Could easily stay a month. Friendly environment. Parking free and convenient. Nice seating with covered tables around pool. Would go back again.

Carriage House is my "go to" when staying in Deerfield. It's easy to get to, just barely off the strip and in walking distance to the beach and shops. Highly recommend.

Check in was quick and easy. The woman at the front desk was very nice and allowed me to check in early. The room was clean and very spacious. Lots of chairs around the pool. Great location to the beach and restaurants. My only negative is the bed was too hard and uncomfortable.

I was able to walk to the beach everyday. Because of my flight I was able to book late check out with out any problem. I would love to stay there again.

The only good thing about this property is the location. The front desk staff, especially Suzanne is very rude and nosey. She always gave us a hard time when we asked for towels. The entire time we stayed there, it was like there was some kind of towel shortage. When we did get them, they smelled clean, but had dirty spots on them. They really need to place that in their budget and invest in new ones. The place is not kid friendly. They have a pool, but the kids need to be quiet. The place over all look run down with new things thrown on top to cover it up. We will definitely not go back there. Save your money.

The pool towels are here at the office for all guests.
I'm working here for 17 years and never had any complains about myself. I'm so sorry, I'm not rude or nosey. I work and make all efforts to make our guests happy. Unfortunately sometimes we have to ask kids that are too noise to calm down , because there are other guests that complaining about noisy. Again I'm so sorry.
