Hotel Shuttle

I stayed at this hotel because of the promise of shuttle to and from Cooper Institute. The morning shuttle was provided in a cheerful way. The return shuttle was a little more difficult. I used the shuttle thee days. First evening: I called at 5:10 p.m. and asked for shuttle. I was told their shuttle was stopped at 5 p.m. and they had no driver. After pointing out in a firm way of their obligation, yes, they would find someone to come pick me up. At 5:30 they showed up. Second evening had to call again and waited for 30 mins. Third evening, had to call again and had to wait another 20-30 min., although hotel was only a 10 min. drive by the access road. Was very unhappy the way I was treated regarding the shuttle. Otherwise, the hotel was fine, breakfast was great.
