Staff was pretty nice and very responsive but dont let the photos or lobby fool you! Once we got to our room we noticed stained sheets, stained cushions on the couch, and on the carpet. Air conditioner was propped up with a brick and wood shims! Pillows are the size of little couch cushions and dont try to use the extra pillow stowed in the closet cause that one looked like it was yellow and had gross black stuff on it. AND DONT GET ME STARTED ON THE BATHROOMS! You have to hurdle the toilet or squeeze past it to get to the shower then close the door. Would've moved elsewhere but being NFL followed by college gamedays places were sold out. And we had 2 rooms. We could not believe this place was considered a Hyatt. Only heard good things about Hyatt brand and had never stayed in one b4. Well I doubt I EVER will again after this experience. It literally felt like someone slapped the Hyatt name on a Motel 6. How this place ended up with more than 1-2 stars is beyond me.

The property was okay! The check in process was not good because the front desk told us we did not have a reservation there so I went outside and called. I went back in and a new receptionist was there and told me that someone had already checked into my room with the same name as me. I had to wait about 30 minutes to get this resolved. Then they had to find me a room comparable to the one I had reserved.
