Property was in good shape. Room was clean and comfortable. Needed trusty binder clip to hold the drapes closed. Only negative was another traveler trying to get into my room because the front desk wrote the wrong room number on their key card envelope. The front desk called to apologize.

Sporting Event Trip
We booked hotel on way to our event since it was a last minute trip. As I scrolled through a variety of hotels, this one was in my price range and the pictures did not look too bad. The staff was friendly which was a plus. The room however was less desirable. It was very dated, there were stains on the covers, the fridge in room did not work, the shower did not have pressure (it took me over 20 minutes to take a shower), the toiletries bottles had been opened but left in the bathroom, and the door would not lock properly. Supposedly there were no other rooms available so since we got in late from the game I just made do with what I could. For what the price of this room was, I expected better as that is what I am used to getting at this price point.

Room and linens were clean. The shower did not drain properly and created standing water in the bathtub. One of two front desk staff was not helpful and not as attentive or courteous as I would expect from someone in a hospitality job. Due to apparent miscommunication between hotel staff, or inattention, we had to wait outdoors for nearly an hour in 42 degree weather for shuttle service at DFW airport. We had another booking for the return leg of our trip, but that will be cancelled.
