The staff was excellent, most would go out of their way to please. I wasn’t happy that the site advertised “restaurant” and there was none, just the dining area where breakfast was served (which by the way was pretty good). Also advertised daily housekeeping but housekeeping would only come as requested.

World Class Service

This hotel is beautifully appointed. It even has lounges where you can have a cup of tea! The owner is on site and available every day. There is always someone ready to take you wherever you need to go. They even loan you a phone so you can call them when you are ready for pickup. Breakfast Buffet is extensive, including eggs cooked to order. Exceptional in every regard. My trip to Machu Picchu was cancelled due to an impending transportation strike. I had to make an emergency return to Cusco so I didn't miss my flight. The hotel's response was, " This is your home. We will take care of you!" Wow!
