The room was clean, the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. We all slept great. The bathroom was clean, but instead of sample soap/shmpoo they had locked to the wall bottles of Dove products. The hall way carpets were old, stained and dirty. The promised hot tub was out of service. The check in staff gave us a great recommendation for supper in the next town....a Greek Diner called Silver Spoon Cafe. The check out staff seemed apathetic. The feeling we got about the place was that Management didn't set very high standards for their staff. They had very poor social skills and interacted more together than with clients .

I’m familiar with the area and was traveling from Florida to Saratoga Springs for our annual trip to the Travers meet at the race track . Unfortunately we had a problem with checking in and had to wait 20 minutes before the hotel realized that we had reservations and had already booked and pre- checked in with the hotel . We were rewarded two bottles of water and a soda for our inconvenience , Thanks Guys !!! You nailed it !

The property was right off of the expressway and easy to get to. Every staff member that I came in contact with were friendly and very helpful. While the hotel is worn, it is clean, and the furniture is current. I love how they have shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in the pump bottles in the shower.

Staff at check in , hospitality staff all very friendly and helpful. Every time we passed the desk staff would look up from what they were doing and smile with a greeting. We stayed 4 nights and so if we needed towels or anything staff was very helpful.

When we arrived we found our room had not been cleaned, and this was at 8pm! They did give us 2 adjoining rooms, which was an upgrade. So, they did make the situation right. However, it was not a great find after carrying suitcases and 3 tired young boys. Also, we picked this location for the indoor pool, which was not open. So that was a big bomb shell for the kiddos.

Loved the "Grab n Go" breakfasts!! Such a convenience and a very nice, unexpected touch for our stay!! Great linens. Friendly, welcoming, helpful staff.

We used an Accessible room. The shower could have been better. The shower head needed to be tightened so that when you pushed the "button" to use the shower, all the water would go to the shower head and not come out of both bottom and top. Otherwise; everything was excellent!

A great value

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet, Quiet
This hotel gave a lot for your buck. The rooms were updated, it's a great location if you have to be in that area and it was quiet and clean.
