I’ve stayed here several times and have never had any problems or not safe. My only “complaint” is towels are scratchy. Also if you are short, getting in bed could be a problem lol.

No elevator. I booked an accessible room. No cut curb at door. I fell trying to step up on the curb with my cane. They didn’t even care if I was ok. No where in the ad did it say no elevator.

Beds felt like someone had slept in them for 30 days strait. They were hard and had sagging from where people have slept so you couldn't get comfortable. All of the lining is white and they were multiple brown and discoloration in multiple areas. The breakfast was meh. Not a lot of options.

I have stayed here before. This hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The room is attractive and comfortable. The only negative is that they do not have an elevator.
