Excellent value with very good breakfast buffet in the morning ... crisp bacon, sausage, eggs, good variety of cheeses and cereal. Coffee and juice. Adriana and Lola Exceptional Service at the Front Desk ... helped with postcards back to USA and multiple taxi requests. Very good fitness room and nice lap swimming pool. All clean and pleasant to use.

It seemed off the beaten path, but we were taking cabs. The room was the biggest, and one of the nicest hotels we’ve been to. It had A/C! It was very roomy, by Scandinavian standards. The only reason it didn’t get five stars was the attitude of the front desk staff. Uppity- more than once. Out the front door is a great little Italian place.

The only recommendation is to place a clock in the pool room, which I shared at the time of checkout. The staff was terrific, and I enjoyed our conversations! The front desk person stated that my final receipt would come from Travelocity. Please advice. Thank you. I am happy with this hotel and would enjoy returning. Thank you!

A bit worn out but the staff are very nice

Pros: The size of the room
Cons: Replace the buckling carpet and repair the broken window
Location: A short walk to the Little Mermaid and Gefionspringvandet.
The front desk staff were helpful and accommodating to our party of three, as we lounged in the lobby from the time we left the ship until our room was ready (about 2 hours). The location is not exactly central but it suited our purposes well and we enjoyed walking around another part of town. There is a market a few hundred feet away and a great bakery just around the corner. The apartment was clean and had a nice balcony overlooking a courtyard. We expect a bit more from a 4 star hotel though. The place was a bit battered in its appearance. The carpet was buckling in the hallway and our room. Plus we had a window with a huge crack the entire way across it. You have to pay 25-30EU to use the bikes where most hotels offer them as a courtesy. I would give the hotel 3 stars. It was a bit pricey for the condition and the fact our room did not include breakfast.

Excellent experience. Room & staff were excellent.

Pros: Very clean and modern. Good location within walking distance (a long walk) to most all sites.
Cons: They should explore a partnership with garage and offer to valet park car. That was only negative I experienced was having to park car myself.
Location: See above.
Very nice no complaints whatsoever. Staff very friendly Rooms clean, modern and spacious for family of 4. Close to many sights.

Copenhagen

Pros: being able to cook our own meals
Cons: No free Internet
Easy Transport from arrival Terminal of Airport to Train station. Easy interfaces on tickets for trains. Train ride from Airport to Hotel 20 minutes. 5-10 minute walk from train station to Hotel hauling luggage. Easily found. Two grocery stores near by with most of what you need. In room Kitchen, Dishes, utensils and Laundry all a plus. Cooking own meals was cheaper than eating out. Worth the extra money for the kitchen. Everything was within walking distance. Palaces, Tavoli, Shopping, monuments, museums. Longest walk was 20 minutes. Train tracks near by were barely noticeable. Enjoyed the entire trip and the hotel really made it the best.
