Assigned room that looked like had kitchen but cabinets pounded shut. Why didnt property just remove kitchen? Shower hot/cold faucets did not work. We had either scalding hot water or freezing cold water. We wasted so much water trying to adjust faucet so we could bathe.

Our room smelled like throw up when we entered told the front desk and they could not offer us the same room we paid for so we decided to try and stick it out. The toilet was leaking and had a bunch of mold in the back of the toilet and in the corner of the tiles in bathroom. I went to step by the bed with my bare feet and stepped in vomit hence the smell of the room. Called the front desk and was immediately given a different room but not the one we paid for.

This place needs some updating really bad. Bad bed, bed linens. Shower floor felt like it was going to collapse when standing in tub. Disappointed in this Best Western.

The first night ,was a noise all the time and,I was told the room will be quite and ended with headache and change the room

It was ok the room smell a little like smoke even though it was not smoking room. The breakfast was good and gym ok and pool. Outside was no that clean it seem they where removing the carpets from other rooms.

We were in a non-smoking that smelled of cigarettes. I felt the room had that feeling of not clean, it could be that I'm used to hotels that make me feel like I'm staying in a Motel 6. Won't use it again.
