I thought it was a very nice hotel. On the second day, they didn't clean our room. I had to call and ask for more towels, so that wasn't really a problem, just a inconvenience. I was a litte disappointed with their breakfast options. When reading other reviews before booking, it stated that the breakfast consisted of eggs, bacon, waffles,and other options. That was not the case. The options were pancakes and danish. I know you get what you pay for, but that was the main reason I booked this hotel. I would probably book again, but it would be my last option.

The room has a very strong musty and mold smell. Wouldn't give us another room nor give us some disinfectant spray. Had to open window from the third floor to try to air out but didn't work. Couldn't find another hotel due to army graduation

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The entire place needs renovating! There are water leak stains on ceilings, rugs are disgusting, furniture falling apart (they had a folded piece of paper jammed into the door of the closet to keep the door closed) missing smoke detectors, exposed electrical wires, pool was a swamp, no maid service so if you want new towels you have to bring your used towels to the front desk and switch them out and no continental breakfast available which they are blaming the lack of maid service and breakfast on COVID which is ridiculous because its November 2022 and everywhere else is up and running. The girl at the front desk was very nice and apologetic. I did feel bad for her because I feel like everyone staying there was complaining to her.

Checked in and we had a roach in our room and a blood spot was on a pillow. The gentleman that was there that night gave us a little smirk when we told him about it like he didn’t believe us.

There were bugs in the hallway & our room. Very out dated. The shower was so tiny (stall). No sink with toilet area-kind of gross touching the door handle when hands are not washed.

Our room had bathroom maintenance issues; running toilet; leaking faucet; broken door; broken bathroom fan. In addition it only had one mirror, this was only inconvenient to getting ready for the day but, impactful. The window seal may need to be updated as the noise and draft hindered sleeping. The rest of the room was expected.
