Garbage Hotel

Pros: There was nothing nice to say about this hotel! The whole experience was a mistake on my part! Never again!
Cons: Take a bulldozer and push the whole "DAM" building down!
Location: Nothing!
Let's start with class and customer service ability to connect with customers! The intellect of this hotel representative registers with a third grader intellect! It was totally missing!!

Horrible ,Terrible , No good stay

Pros: We did not like anything
Cons: It needs an update
1st room had a reeking cigarette smell. Patsy seemed annoyed to change room. We needed a refrigerator. Couldn't get a room upgrade because I already paid for the room. Standard room had no suitcase stand, no table, no chair, no channel page, no iron and no toilet cover. Small packet of shampoo instead of Red Roof tube. TV didn't turn on at first-Patsy came fiddled with cable box-TV came on turned off again. She then told us it was the outlet not to touch dresser. 10 minutes later couldn't change channels. She could not help us because there's no security. Wanted to talk us through it from the phone, but we're seniors and really don't understand technology. So we had no TV. She never called us back to see if we got the TV working. The shower head and faucet dripped with water while showering. We found underwear on the side of the bed and a bag of opened M&Ms behind the night table along with dustballs. We were disgusted with our experience at this Red Roof Inn.

Ok for one night only

I know the room was at a low price but things could have been alittle better. The room was not clean, the bathtub had hair all on the wall and I'm not talking about hair from your head. The phone was broke. The air condition kept making some loud noises and I had to keep turning it off.

Terrible Hotel Avoid At All Costs

The pictures online of this hotel is very deceiving. Asked for a non-smoking room but as soon as you step into the room all you smell is smoke. The room was extremely small. There was no closet to hang your clothes. No iron. The comforter had cigarette holes all in it & some pinkish stains. The knob to the sink was so loose you had to hold it with one hand just to turn it on with the other. The air conditioning unit was so faded you couldn't know how to set it. The show wasn't strong at all. & it would not get hot no matter how long you ran it. You had to hold the handle down when you had to flush the toilet. The floor was very scratched up. When we got to the room I took a shower about 7:30pm/8:00pm & put on white socks. By 11pm we decided it was time to call it a night. In 3 hours when I took off my socks the bottom of my socks was a very dark gray. The next morning I spoke to management & she said she would have them mop the room. When we got back to the room that afternoon we noticed that the trash was done & we got new towels but when I got to the bathroom I saw that the same wash rag I washed with was still in the bathroom corner. Which told me they did not mop & if they did they mopped over the rag.

Not a safe or a clean place

You smell pot when you walk outside. Room is old and it's smell moldy. Bed linens has stains in them... we remove the bed linens and use our blankets ands and shirts over the pillow chases ... it's 50$ but at least keep it clean ...

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

We reserved a smoking room was told was non smoking hotel, the shower had no water at all and employees were very rude refused to discuss the issue. Room also wasn't very clean.

The hotel is not located in West Columbia, it's located off Sandandrson road. only 20 minutes away.

Going to write to corporate

This hotel overall was quiet and in great location to eat out. However, the maid failed to clean the bathtub. The premises was not as clean as it should have been. Beer cans, bottles, a dirty condom in the parking lot , and one that was hanging in the branches of a crepe Myrtle tree. It grossed me out.
