It was great to be in the heart of everything, walked to dinner and enjoyed the Soda Market. However, I could hear guests coming and going from inside the room.

First, I had requested a double bed room, we got a single king size bed. The front desk would not assist with a price adjustment and gave attitude when trying rectify the situation. We were just pushed aside stating that it was Travelocity's fault, even with the confirmation email with us showing the double bed reservation. Second, the room was dingy, the bathroom door wouldn't even shut and hallways were loud at all hours of the night.
