The woman working the front desk the night we checked in was very rude and very short with me. She belittled me in front of other guests when I had issues with my key. I was looking forward to the (two free) breakfasts that came complimentary and would be paying for two others out of pocket, when I booked the stay. With how uncomfortable I felt after the way I was treated I couldn’t wait to get some rest and check out. We will be traveling north again next week and will be looking for another place to stay for our stop overnight.

Staff was helpful and very nice. Rooms were clean and quiet. Parking lot has lots of lights and very bright. I would stay here again.

The front desk person was horribly rude . Went to the room which was filthy dirty. The bathroom sink was so dirty someone had brushed their teeth and spit toothpaste in there and it had t been cleaned and there were hairs in the sink with it Then the television wouldn’t work .. not to mention by now it was 2 am my daughter was in bed we called down and was told we needed to change rooms or deal with it So I payed premonition dollars to have someone be rude to me give me a filthy room with no tv Did I mention we always stay at IHG properties because my daughter loves the breakfast - at this one we were told we would have to pay extra if she was to eat Worse experience ever with IHG
