Will be returning this spring to Illinois and staying at this hotel again. I would recommend staying there if you’re looking for something quite & Comfortable. It’s close to restaurants, the Mall and the Highway!!

not very clean! No sense of urgency! Breakfast bar was cold! Had to heat up my biscuits in the toaster for my biscuits and gravy! Very disappointed!

First room had a very strong odor of cleaner. My daughter has allergies and asthma and this odor really for to her. We switched rooms and there was a musty/mold odor. We couldn’t stay due to the reaction my daughter was having.

Terrible road noise from the nearby freeway. Unable to sleep. Moved into 3 different rooms each one slightly better than the previous but still unsatisfactory. From what I gathered, this is a common complaint. I do not recommend staying here.

We were moved rooms and the shower had to be turned on and off by maintenance. The covers for the pullout had no sheets and we were informed none of the pullout bags had sheets. They had advertised breakfast however it was just packaged muffins. The staff was fairly friendly. Amenities around the hotel are great. Bed was comfortable and pullout is about what you would expect. I would NEVER EVER stay at that hotel again.

Our visit was good. The only thing that I would suggest is the stand that the TV is on should be taller. It was difficult to watch TV while lying in bed.
