Filthy property, we were exhausted from traveling all day and arrived about 9pm, nothing else was available. The lobby was locked so the clerk contacted business through a window slot I one available to make our concerns known. Horrible experience. The bathroom had blood on the floor from previous tenants and the sprinkler heads were hanging out of the sheet rock ceiling. I have photos documenting the issues. I would like my money refunded due to not having another option other than stuck there. My wife is handicapped and this is ridiculous. The other tenants were drinking and partying in the parking lot until 5am next to a huge trash pile. Never again will we stay there.

Roach Motel

Pros: Bed was fine
Cons: No roachs
Location: Texas A&M
You stay here if it is the last place to stay and it is too cold to stay in your car. Skip the mold in the bathroom, skip the carpet that hasn't been replaced in my lifetime, skip the dingy paint etc. HOWEVER it is hard to skip the roach infestation. If there are a 100 in our room they are in every room. This place needs to be entirely shut down and fumegated.

I wouldnt Recomend this Hotel to anyone, not even to someone looking for there Animal!! There rooms are full of Roaches and they have Bed Bugs extremely bad! When i seen the first room I went to the front desk, was given 3 other rooms and they was all the same!! I asked for my money back and was given 1/2 of my money back!!

The sheets were stained and the towels so I didn't shower for the stay and as for the bed I brought my own cover and laid it down between the stained sheets

Great hotel for the money

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
The staff was nice and the room was clean but slightly dated. My room had double/full size beds. I prefer a queen or king but I knew what they offered before I booked. They had the best price in town and did not require a two night minimum for that weekend as most of the hotels did.

Stay away

the only positive was the nice young lady at check in. the rest, miserable. i stayed here last minute for the first sec fball game and it would have been smarter to sleep in my car. Dirty! floor, walls, comforter, blanket, sheets, bathroom...NASTY. nothing like taking a shower in 6" of standing water. horrible experience..
