Everything was fine, The front desk was helpful and when I asked for additional coffee packets for my room they obliged. Also, the staff that clean the rooms were helpful and asked if we needed anything as we left or returned to our room. If I have to saying anything negative, I guess it would be the bed was a bit warn (could look into replacing mattress), an additional light would have been nice at the desk area.

Room was not clean, dirt on floor looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a while. Hose on shower was damaged and leaked. Person that checked me in was on cell phone to I believe boyfriend the whole time she checked me in, seemed like the call was more important than my check in. There was no breakfast food out at 6:15 AM when I left. I travel to area frequently and gave them a try. I will not be staying there again and will not recommend for anyone else

The hotel was outdated and ran down. Chair had nasty stains all over the seat. Room wasn’t clean and the towels stunk.

The room was very cold when I checked in. Even after i turned the heat on and it ran for some time, it was cold even in the bed under the blankets. Since I had a prepaid reservation, the hotel should have at least given me a room that was already heated.

Hotel is a little stingy

Bed was comfortable but a king only had 3 tiny pillows which went flat as soon as you laid you head on them. Very little soap, toilet paper (bare minimum). Water at sink trickled out. Didn't take a shower as I feared the reduced water flow would be impossible to wash soap out of my hair. Room is clean enough. Bed sheets were very used. Like the fact they do accept pets which is why I chose this hotel. Breakfast was same way. Very minimum food was out and I had to ask for coffee to be made as they ran out and were not keeping it supplied. Parking is tight and not adequate for the size of hotel. For $100 a night, I felt I paid for what I got. $15 pet fee also. Take your own pillow and toiletries and you should be fine. Not a 4 or 5 star hotel but along the lines of a motor lodge without the roaches. Employees and the owner were nice and cordial.
